The Paris Private Equity team advised Cerea Partners, a private equity firm specializing in investments in the agri-food and food-related industries, and Demeter Investment Managers, a major European player in venture capital, private equity and infrastructure for the energy and ecological transition, on their merger to create Demea Invest. With €2.8 billion in assets and 66 employees, Demea Invest aims to double its assets under management within the next five years.
