Program highlights
Comprehensive onboarding and orientation ensure new team members are quickly and fully integrated within the firm and their practice area. Paralegals regularly participate in department training, practice specific training and have access to a wide range of external training and networking opportunities.
Specialists and senior paralegals mentor more junior paralegals and case assistants giving new paralegals an opportunity to learn our best practices in a practical and efficient way. New paralegals are assigned an on-boarding buddy who helps them integrate into our firm and access all the resources and benefits available to them.
Our centralized staffing system ensures that work is distributed fairly and that each team member is allocated numerous professional development opportunities.
We encourage our paralegals to continue their formal education outside of work, and provide tuition reimbursement to assist. We also reimburse the cost of a graduate school entrance exam prep course.
We encourage our paralegals to participate in our robust pro bono program. Time spent on pro bono matters is treated as full credit toward hourly bonus targets.
