Thomas Dupont-Sentilles is a partner in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences groups and advises the full range of investors and companies seeking venture capital investment in France and cross-border.
He also advises European and US clients on a broad range of corporate law matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity deals and leveraged buyouts, and management incentive schemes.
Thomas also undertakes corporate and commercial advisory work for a broad range of corporate clients and private equity portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2016, Thomas was a senior associate in the corporate and private equity team of King & Wood Mallesons LLP (formerly SJ Berwin) for 10 years. In 2007, he spent some time in SJ Berwin’s London office.

- in its investment in the €15 million Series A financing of Inbolt, a Parisian startup specialized in the development and the commercialization of real-time industrial robot vision and guidance system based on 3D Vision and AI.
- Fidelity International Strategic Ventures in the $52 million Series B financing of Greenly, a carbon accounting & management platform for SMEs, helping businesses track and measure their carbon emissions in order to accelerate their transition to a net-zero carbon economy.
- Lead Edge Capital in the €12 million Series A extension financing of Yousign, an e-signature provider that complies with European regulation on digital signatures.
- One Peak in the €107.8 million Series C financing of Akur8, a machine learning-powered insurance pricing and reserving platform.
- SpinEM Robotics, a company developing a next generation tracking solution for robotic spinal surgery, in its €10 million Series A2 financing.
