Our public company M&A and industry-focused teams handle all aspects of sophisticated public M&A, including sell-side, buy-side, spinoffs, special committee deals, activist situations, financial advisor engagements, and take privates. We work closely with our Public Company Advisory team and our Securities Litigation team to minimize risk and maximize value for our clients.
We handle all aspects of public and private M&A litigation. Our team handles deal litigation in federal and state courts across the country and maintains a highly active practice pursuing and defending litigation in the Chancery and Superior Courts of Delaware. Such litigation spans the gamut of deal-related disputes, from stockholder and post-closing litigation to books and records demands and FINRA investigations, among many other matters.
