Goodwin advised accompio GmbH (“accompio”), a portfolio company of EOS Partners GmbH (“EOS”), on the financing of the acquisition of PCK IT Solutions GmbH and PCK IT Datacenter GmbH (“PCK”).
With this acquisition, accompio is continuing its growth in the market for small and medium-sized enterprises. At the same time, with PCK IT Datacenter, accompio will have its own data centre capacities in the future, which the group can integrate into the service offering.
PCK IT Solution has been providing IT services since 1989. Since May 2022, PCK Managed Services (smart IT products) has been offering high-quality cloud services from its own PCK Datacenter in Lindau. PCK supports its customers in the transformation of their IT systems from on-premise to PCK's private cloud or with hybrid solutions.
Accompio is an IT services platform along the verticals of secure modern workplace, DevSecOps and secure data & cloudand currently holds 100% stakes in the following companies: accompio PrimeTec GmbH, accompio CorpTec GmbH, accompio SmarTec GmbH, r-tec IT Security GmbH, Schmitz RZ Consulting GmbH and Services4-IT Kft.
