Goodwin Scales Private Equity Practice in San Francisco With Partner Patrick Sandor

Goodwin today announced that Patrick Sandor has joined the firm’s Private Equity practice, as a partner in its San Francisco office.

Patrick specializes in advising clients on buyout and investment transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, spin-offs and carve-outs, restructurings and recapitalizations, as well as growth and later-stage financings. He represents many leading private equity funds and their portfolio companies, with a particular focus on the technology, fintech and healthtech industries. Patrick is renowned for his strategic approach and ability to navigate complex transactions.
