Rebecca Stöcklein

Rebecca is an associate in the firm's Private Equity group in the Debt Finance practice.

Rebecca focuses her practice on leveraged acquisition finance and corporate finance. She represents banks, debt funds, financial sponsors and corporate borrowers on different types of financings.

Rebecca is fluent in German and English.

Prior to joining Goodwin as an associate in 2024, Rebecca worked as trainee lawyer for Goodwin and other international law firms in Frankfurt as well as for the German Central Bank as part of her legal clerkship.
