The Paris Private Equity team advised Experienced Capital on the sale of Sessùn, a French fashion brand, to Quadrivio Group, a leading investment company specializing in private equity.
The team also advised Emma François-Grasset and its management on their reinvestment in the new group structure alongside Quadrivio Group.
Founded in 1996 by Emma François, Sessùn opened its first Paris boutique in 2004. In 2019, the brand launched its Sessùn Alma concept store in Marseille and continues its international expansion with boutiques in London, Madrid, Barcelona and Berlin. Today, Sessùn has 400 points of sale in France and abroad.
The Goodwin team, advising Experienced Capital, was led by Jérôme Jouhanneaud and Simon Servan-Schreiber, and included William Ducrocq-Ferré and Marjorie Ladsous on corporate aspects.
Goodwin's Financing team, consisting of Arnaud Fromion and Elisa Revel, advised Quadrivio Group on the financing of the transaction via a senior debt.
