Jérôme Jouhanneaud, a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity Group, focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, with a concentration on leveraged buyouts and private equity transactions.

His clients include French and international investments funds, corporate groups and their managers.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2016, Jérôme was a partner at King & Wood Mallesons (formerly SJ Berwin) in Paris. Previously, he practiced at Clifford Chance and at Mignard, Teitgen, Grisoni & Associes.

Jérôme’s recent representative transactions include advising:

  • Armen in its minority investment of up to €35 million in RGREEN INVEST, an independent, mission-driven and B Corp certified investment management company founded in Paris in 2013
  • The founders of Armen in its creation and structuration as a European leader of GP stakes transactions
  • B & Capital:
    • and the management team of the Steliau group in the sale of Steliau International, the holding of the Steliau group, pan-european player in the value-added distribution of electronic solutions, to Astorg
    • in the primary LBO acquisition of Hubency, environmental service provider intended to specialize in delegate waste management
    • in the acquisition of Sports Solutions Makers also known as Spartner Agency, an agency that supports stakeholders in the world of sports in managing their travel and event projects, in France and worldwide
  • Capza in the management buyout of Stanwell Consulting Group, a French leader in transformation and development strategy consulting, specialized in Banking, Finance & Insurance
  • CTH Invest, family office linked to Ferrero, in the acquisition of Michel et Augustin, a distributor of specialized food intended to serve the gourmet food sectors
  • Exclusive Networks, a listed global trusted cybersecurity specialist:
    • in the acquisition of NEXTGEN Group, a leading hyper-growth channel services company focused on cybersecurity, data resiliency and digital enterprise in Australia and New Zealand with presence across APAC
    • in the acquisition of Cloudrise, a leading provider of security services for enterprises and industry-leading partners and product manufacturers
  • Les Domaines de Fontenille, a luxury hotel group, in the acquisition of a minority stake of the group by LVMH
  • The management team of Evoriel, Nexity's residential property management services business in the sale of the group to Bridgepoint
