The Paris team advised Latour Capital on a majority investment in the holding company of Pharmacie Lafayette (Hygie31), a major player in the health and wellness sector.
Latour Capital acquires Five Arrows’ stake and becomes the majority stakeholder of the holding company. The management, Bpifrance and Five Arrows also invest as minority stakeholders.
The Goodwin debt finance team also advised Barings and Arcmont Asset Management (lenders) on the unitranche financing of the acquisition.
