Adrien Paturaud

Adrien Paturaud is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity Group and leads the Debt Finance practice in Paris.

He focuses his practice on leveraged acquisition finance and corporate finance, representing banks, debt funds, financial sponsors and corporate borrowers on different types of bank and bond financings.

Adrien has also developed an expertise in equity bridge financings, representing both investment funds and banks.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2016, Adrien practiced at Shearman & Sterling and Linklaters.

Leveraged / Corporate Finance

• Access Capital Partners and Swen Capital Partners on the financing of the acquisition of Desferal, an injectable medicine used in hematology, by Mitem Pharma.
• A pool of banks on the financing of the acquisition of the Selp group, a supplier of payment, loyalty and identification solutions to governments, banks and major brands, by FCDE. 
• A pool of banks on a super senior revolving credit facility for the Nexity’s residential property management services business in the context of its acquisition by Bridgepoint. Nexity is a major French real-estate group founded in 2000, publicly listed since 2004.
• Bank of Ireland, Eiffel Investment Group and BNP Paribas Asset Management on the financing of the acquisition of the Logely group, a French provider of accommodation services, by Residis.
• Capza on the financing of the acquisition of Global D, a designer and manufacturer of high-quality implantable medical devices for facial surgery, by Naxicap Partners. 
• LGT Capital Partners and Bank of Ireland on the refinancing of the Anaveo group, a company that specializes in the conception, integration, installation and the maintenance of electronic security solutions and leads the industry in France.
• Pictet Asset Management on the unitranche financing of the acquisition of SMTM III SA, a provider of facility management and cleaning services, by 3S Facility SA.
• Tikehau Investment Management on the unitranche financing of the acquisitions of TravelgateX, an online B2B marketplace and Atcore Technology, a global travel technology company, by Travelsoft Group.

Fund Finance

• BEX Capital in the fundraising of BEX Fund V, for a total amount of $765 million.
• EMZ Partners in the fundraising of EMZ 10, with a total commitment of €1.4 billion.
• Latour Capital Management in the fundraising of its fourth generation of funds for a total amount of 1,2 billion euros. Coupled with an additional €400 million from co-investments, Latour Capital secured aggregate commitments of 1.6 billion euros.
