Benhouda Derradji is counsel in Goodwin’s Private Equity group.
Benhouda specializes in M&A and private equity, advising on a wide range of corporate law matters. He primarily works with French and international investment funds on growth equity and LBO transactions, and assists industrial players with their French and cross-border strategic operations (M&A, partnerships, and joint ventures).
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2021, Benhouda was an associate at Dechert LLP.

- Société Générale Capital Partenaires (SGCP) and BNP Paribas Développement in the acquisition of a minority stake in Marbour, a group with key operations in both the food industry and environmental services.
- Exclusive Networks, a listed global trusted cybersecurity specialist, in the acquisition of NEXTGEN Group, a leading hyper-growth channel services company focused on cybersecurity, data resiliency and digital enterprise in Australia and New Zealand with presence across APAC.
- LFPI in the acquisition of a minority stake of Montaner Pietrini Boissons, a top-selling independent French distributor of beverages to cafés, hotels, and restaurants, alongside the founders.
