Global law firm Goodwin today announced that Rohith Parasuraman joined the Private Equity practice as partner, resident in the Washington, D.C. office.

Parasuraman advises private equity firms and their portfolio companies on M&A and other complex transactions, including leveraged buyouts, carveouts, cross-border transactions, and joint ventures, in addition to general company representation. He has experience across a broad range of industries, including technology, healthcare, consumer products, manufacturing, industrials, aerospace and defense, government services, and energy.
Goodwin has continued to invest in its premier, global Private Equity practice in the last 18 months with the arrival of more than 20 partners in New York, Washington, D.C., Frankfurt, London, and Hong Kong. Goodwin has more than 300 private equity lawyers globally.
