Simon Fulbrook is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group. Simon’s experience spans all areas of leveraged finance, including private equity-backed leveraged buyouts, management buyouts and buy-ins, corporate M&A and recapitalisations, acquisitions, funds, and real estate finance. He represents private equity firms, portfolio and other companies and lenders in the financial institutions, life sciences, healthcare, and other sectors.

He joined Goodwin in 2015.

    • on its acquisition of the popular restaurant chain, Sticks ‘n’ Sushi, originating in Denmark with additional restaurant sites in the UK and Germany
    • on its co-investment alongside Bain Capital Credit in relation to the acquisition of Gail’s Bakery, a popular UK bakery chain
  • Founders and Management of TLC Worldwide, a global market leader in tech-enabled, experience-based reward campaigns and loyalty programmes, on their reinvestment alongside bd-capital
  • Partners Group and its portfolio company Emeria Group, on the acquisition of Chestertons UK, one of London’s largest and oldest estate agents

Softbox supplies Pfizer with the ultra-low temperature controlled parcel shipper required in the distribution of its COVID-19 vaccines
