The Goodwin London Technology team advised GoMetro on its £9 million Series A financing round led by Zenobē Energy. Other investors in the round include new backers Futuregrowth, ESquared Ventures, Kalon Venture Partners and angel investor Greg Fury. Existing investors including 4 Decades Capital, Hlayisani Capital and Tritech Global also participated.
GoMetro is a South African technology company that operates in the fleet management space. The GoMetro platform provides public transport information enabling fleet operators to rapidly collect data about passenger trips to improve performance.
Zenobē Energy is a strategic investor renowned for financing and operating electric buses.
