The London and Cambridge Technology team advised Relay on its $35 million financing, led by Plural VC.
Founded in 2022 by Jonathan Jenssen and Nicole Mazza, Relay is a tech-enabled delivery network, empowering businesses to grow and elevate their e-commerce operations. It provides an end-to-end parcel delivery service – including the first, middle and last miles – from e-commerce retailers’ warehouses to consumers’ doorsteps. The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach. The new capital will be used by the company to build out its AI and machine learning capabilities as it aims to reduce costs in online shopping delivery.
Goodwin also advised Relay on its Seed Financing in 2023.
The Goodwin team was led by Adam Thatcher, Emily Townsend and Hattie Muncey.
