Hattie Muncey

Hattie is an associate in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences groups in the firm’s London office. Hattie advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters. She has particular experience advising on private equity and venture capital investments and exits, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings and reorganisations, as well as general corporate matters. Hattie advises clients through every stage of the corporate life cycle.

• Vertice on its $50 million Series C financing led by Lakestar. Vertice is a London-based tech-enabled SaaS and cloud spend management company which is designed to help businesses reduce their annual software and cloud spend by 20-30% as well as streamlining the purchasing process 
• Acorai on its $4.5 million oversubscribed series seed financing
• TA Associates and Warburg Pincus on their agreement to jointly acquire a majority stake in Epassi Group from majority shareholder Bregal Milestone
• TLC Worldwide (“TLC”) on its investment from bd-capital to accelerate growth across new and existing geographies and products
• Accel as lead investor in the $90 million Series C fundraising round in artificial intelligence-based video generation platform Synthesia
