Goodwin has advised AURELIUS Growth Investments (Wachstumskapital) on a growth financing matter for portfolio company Greenovis Group (“Greenovis”).
Greenovis is a specialist in gardening and landscaping, also focusing on sports ground construction and hydraulic engineering. Since becoming part of the AURELIUS Growth Investments portfolio in 2021, Greenovis has acquired Dieter Berg, K.W. Siefken, Roehse & Fischer, Flöter & Uszkureit, Klaus Hildebrandt and Rüdiger Brandenburg.
