Global law firm Goodwin has advised PINOVA Capital GmbH (“PINOVA”) on the financing of the acquisition of NEUROMEDEX.
NEUROMEDEX is a globally active company specializing in the development and production of disposable neurosurgical products, based in Hamburg. The current team of 70 employees is driven by the aspiration to develop user-optimized product solutions for highest patient safety.
PINOVA is an independent private equity company that invests its managed funds in high-growth technology companies in the German-speaking region. PINOVA focuses on mid-sized companies with revenues between €10 million and €75 million in the Industrial Technology sector, characterized by significant growth potential, sustainable competitive advantages, and a strong market position in their niche.
