Goodwin Advises Capza as Lender on the Acquisition Financing of IceLake's Investment in quattron and NEXTRAIL

Goodwin has advised Capza as the lender on the acquisition financing for IceLake in connection with the acquisition of q-holding GmbH (“quattron”) and NEXTRAIL GmbH (“NEXTRAIL”).

NEXTRAIL is a specialized provider of consulting services in the fields of technology and digitalization for the railway sector, also offering cybersecurity and railway safety services through its subsidiaries INCYDE and CERSS.
