The Paris Technology team advised Umiami, a French foodtech startup specializing in 100% plant-based poultry fillets, on its €26.5 million Series A financing.
The fundraising was led by Astanor Ventures, with the support from Redalpine and French Partners. Existing shareholders also participated in the round, including VERSO Capital, Newfund and BPI France’s French Tech Seed Fund, the French government’s public venture investing arm.
