The Goodwin Paris Private Equity Investment Fund team advised Latour Capital Management in relation to the fundraising of its third generation of funds for a total amount of more than 1 billion euros.
Investors are primarily pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions and funds-of-funds located in Europe, North America, Australia, Asia and in the Middle East.
Latour Capital III and its co-investment vehicles are pursuing the same investment strategy as the previous funds. Their approach is generalist, with a particular focus on the business services sector, and investments consisting of majority or minority stakes in companies located in France and in Europe with an enterprise value in excess of €200 million, for investment tickets between €30 million and €120 million (or beyond in case of co-investments).
Created in Paris in 2011, Latour Capital Management is a portfolio management company specialized in private equity and managed by two of its founders, Cédric Bannel and Philippe Leoni. Previously, Latour Capital Management raised €115 million in 2012 for Latour Capital I and €306 million in 2016 for Latour Capital II.
