2019 ABA Annual Meeting - San Francisco

In connection with the ABA's Annual Meeting taking place in San Francisco August 8-13, 2019, Goodwin will be hosting a CLE for the ABA Annual Meeting titled, "Keeping Order in the New Public Square: Censorship of Social Media Platforms vs. Social Responsibility."

This presentation will discuss the pros and cons of social media platforms and the issues surround the filtering of content as well as ways to have a better understanding of the ethical issues surrounding the use of social media. Attendees will obtain a better understanding of social media platforms and the issues surrounding filtering of content, and have a better understanding of the ethical issues surrounding social media.
