The Technology M&A team advised longtime client Brightcove Inc. (Brightcove, Nasdaq: BCOV), in its previously announced sale to Bending Spoons US Inc. (Bending Spoons) in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $233 million. Under the terms of the agreement, Brightcove shareholders received $4.45 per share in cash for each share of Brightcove common stock. Brightcove is now a privately held company, and its stock is no longer listed on any public stock exchange.
