Jack Rosen is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Technology group. Jack advises companies and investors in technology and life sciences on a wide range of corporate matters, including company formation, venture capital and growth equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, public securities offerings, and other strategic transactions. He also represents companies in ongoing corporate governance matters and SEC compliance. He joined Goodwin in 2021.
Professional Experience
Jack was a summer associate at Goodwin in 2020. While attending law school, Jack worked at Duke Law’s Start-Up Ventures Clinic and was a summer intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Jack also served as an articles editor of the Journal of Law and Contemporary Problems and was president of the Law and Economics Society.
