Cassidy Merten

Cassidy Merten is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department. She joined Goodwin in 2023.

Cassidy was a summer associate at Goodwin in 2022. While attending law school, Cassidy was a Lead Editor of the Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law. She was also a Vice President of the Business Law Society and class representative for the Faculty Alumni & Development Committee.

In 2019 Cassidy served as a judicial intern at the Supreme Court of the United States in the Office of the Counselor to the Chief Justice.
