Aaron Berman, a partner in the firm’s Technology group, concentrates in general corporate and securities law and has significant experience in capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, SEC compliance and corporate governance. Mr. Berman advises public and private emerging growth technology and life science companies as well as venture capital funds across a range of industries, including digital security, enterprise software, ad tech, climate tech, biotech, healthcare IT, e-commerce, fintech and 3D printing. He has experience advising companies through every stage of the corporate life cycle, including private placements, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and general corporate governance. Mr. Berman joined Goodwin in 2014.
