The London and Cambridge Technology team advised Anaphite on its £10.4 million funding round. The round was led by the World Fund and Maniv, with additional funding coming from EEI, Nesta, Elbow Beach Capital and Wealth Club.
Anaphite is a Bristol-based deep tech startup aimed at making electronic vehicle batteries cheaper and less energy-intensive. Founded in 2018 by Sam Burrow and Alex Hewitt, and with Joe Stevenson as its CEO, Anaphite is harnessing chemistry to decarbonise batteries and aims to revolutionise the electrode production process to lower costs and emissions.
The deal team was led by Adam Thatcher, Emily Townsend and Amie Corry.
