The Private Investment Funds team advised BGO on the fundraising and final close of the firm’s Europe IV Value Add Strategy, the fourth in the series of value-add and opportunistic investments focused on Europe, which has raised €1.98 billion in aggregate capital, including €1.46 billion for the fund and €520 million in co-investment capital.
Fund IV represents the largest European capital raise to date for BGO, exceeding its predecessor funds which Goodwin also advised on.
