Renata Stephens

Renata Stephens is an associate in Goodwin’s London finance team. Ms. Stephens advises on all aspects of debt finance, including real estate finance, corporate restructuring and leveraged finance, advising U.K. and overseas borrowers, banks and other debt/equity providers.

Ms. Stephens’ recent representative experience includes advising:

• Active Partners on its £10 million growth equity investment in Facetheory, a UK based affordable skincare brand  
  
• Antin Infrastructure Partners on its acquisition of Pulsant, a nationwide provider of data centre and cloud infrastructure in the UK
• Wavecrest Growth Partners, along with co-investor Abry Partners, on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Pole Star Space Applications, a SaaS provider of regulatory and compliance maritime technology servicing a range of financial institutions, governments and shipping companies

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms Stephens trained at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner qualifying in 2019.
