A former partner from Hogan Lovells's privacy and cybersecurity practice has joined Goodwin's data, privacy and cybersecurity group as a partner in New York City, the firm said Tuesday. Peter Marta, who has more than a decade of experience in cybersecurity, advises companies on data risk management, incident response and internal investigations, according to Goodwin. Marta said in a statement that he is "delighted" about his move to Goodwin and looks forward to helping clients with their cybersecurity needs. "Together, I believe we can achieve remarkable outcomes for clients and continue to drive innovation in the field," he said to Law360.
