Six Goodwin Lawyers Named to Law360’s 2025 Editorial Advisory Boards

Six Goodwin lawyers have been named members of Law360’s 2025 Editorial Advisory Boards. Board members are selected by Law360’s editorial staff based on their status as subject-matter experts who can provide feedback on Law360’s coverage as well as insights on how best to shape future coverage.

Goodwin lawyers selected this term include:

Appellate Editorial Board: Andrew Kim is a partner in Goodwin’s Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation practice. He represents clients in high-stakes appeals and complex civil litigation in federal and state courts nationwide, with a particular focus on administrative law, securities, civil rights, consumer financial services, and white-collar defense. Andrew serves as the Secretary of the Edward Coke Appellate Inn of Court, the first American Inn of Court dedicated to appellate practice.

California Editorial Board: Jennifer Fisher is a partner in Goodwin’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution group, co-chair of the firm’s Cannabis practice, and head of the Litigation department for Northern California. She focuses her practice on litigation, including commercial litigation and white-collar defense, and on cannabis law. Jennifer has represented corporations and individuals involved in a broad range of complex and high stakes litigation, legislative, and administrative proceedings.

Cybersecurity & Privacy Editorial Board: Kaitlin Betancourt is a partner in Goodwin’s Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity practice and a member of the firm’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution group. Focusing her practice on cybersecurity and AI law and compliance, Kaitlin enables clients and businesses to overcome complex legal issues and risk related to cybersecurity, data, and AI matters. Her expertise spans cyber incident response and preparedness, cybersecurity governance and regulatory compliance, corporate transactions, and internal investigations, and she advises companies on AI strategy, governance, and risk management.

Fintech Editorial Board: Mitzi Chang serves as co-chair of Goodwin’s Fintech and Digital Currency & Blockchain practices. She represents public and private companies, venture capital and private equity firms, and investment banks in capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, SEC reporting, and other general corporate and securities matters. Mitzi advises companies through every stage of the corporate life cycle – from initial formation and financing through successful initial public offering or acquisition. In addition to her transactional practice, Mitzi also advises fintech and blockchain companies on regulatory matters.

Life Sciences Editorial Board: Arman Oruc is co-chair of Goodwin’s Antitrust and Competition practice. He specializes in antitrust related issues, including regulatory clearance and approval of mergers and acquisitions, government investigations, antitrust litigation, and antitrust risks associated with strategic business practices. Arman has advised on countless consummated and proposed transactions for private equity and public company clients, and has shepherded transactions through the FTC, DOJ, and competition authorities outside of the US.

Massachusetts Editorial Board: Christopher Herbert is an associate in Goodwin’s Appellate and Supreme Court litigation practice. A former clerk for the Massachusetts Court of Appeals, he focuses his practice on appellate matters and commercial disputes. Christopher recently was part of a Goodwin team that successfully represented the Town of Milton, MA, against a lawsuit by the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office regarding the MBTA Communities Act.
