Global law firm Goodwin announced today that Andrew Sparks joined the firm’s Technology practice, resident in the San Francisco office.
“We are thrilled to have Andrew join us as we continue to strengthen our market-leading offering for technology companies and investors,” said Anthony McCusker, co-chair of Goodwin’s Technology practice. “Andrew’s emerging company and venture capital experience adds depth to our West Coast platform and complements our existing team of lawyers working with clients through all stages of the corporate lifecycle.”
