Firm ranked No. 2 in American Lawyer survey of midlevel associates at nation’s top 200 law firms
BOSTON, December 15, 2004 – Goodwin Procter LLP is ranked No. 2 for its use of technology in American Lawyer’s annual survey of midlevel associates at the nation’s top 200 law firms. The results are published in the December 2004 edition of AmLaw Tech, a quarterly supplement of American Lawyer.
The rankings are based on firms’ performance in six categories: overall quality of technology, training, technical support, use of technology on behalf of clients, spam blocking and encouragement to use technology.
Goodwin Procter’s midlevel associates gave the firm high marks across all categories. According to American Lawyer, “To partners and associates at Goodwin Procter, the best part of the firm’s technology is that is makes their lives easier. They say that they don’t need to spend much time learning how things work. That, in turn, helps clients: As lawyers become more efficient, they can spend more time practicing law.”
