Kyle Pine is a counsel in the firm's Business Law Department and a member of its Tax group. He advises on a range of federal tax matters, including in connection with mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships and joint ventures, financings, and general corporate and international taxation. He also has extensive experience advising private equity, venture capital and other fund clients in connection with tax considerations regarding fund formation and investment matters.
Mr. Pine joined Goodwin in 2013.
