Janet Andolina is the chair of Goodwin’s New York office and a member of its Tax practice. Ms. Andolina specializes in mergers and acquisitions, partnership, general corporate, real estate and international taxation. She advises U.S. and non-U.S. clients on the tax aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, spin-off transactions, joint ventures, business restructurings and tax-free reorganizations. Her practice also concentrates on the representation of sponsors of private equity, real estate opportunity, venture capital and hedge funds, including fund structuring, fund operation and deal execution.
