Liam F. Timoney is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity group.
Experience
Mr. Timoney focuses on the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a wide range of corporate transactions, including leveraged acquisitions, growth equity investments and cross-border transactions. In addition, Mr. Timoney has experience advising private equity funds on general governance and adversarial matters. Mr. Timoney regularly advises clients on transactions involving the healthcare, pharmaceutical, technology and media industries.
