Ciara Kendall is an associate in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences groups specialising in venture capital financings and M&A transactions. She started at the firm in 2021. Ciara concentrates her legal practice in representing emerging growth companies and venture capital investors in a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on in the fintech, life sciences, healthcare, and technology sectors.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Ciara was a corporate paralegal and trainee solicitor at Withers tech (formerly Jag Shaw Baker).
