Goodwin’s Technology team advised Exor Ventures on its investment in the €9,2 million Series Seed financing of Zeliq, an AI sales solution provider.
The round was led by Exor Ventures and included Resonance VC, which also invested at the pre-seed stage.
Founded in 2023, Zeliq is a company specialized in the development and the commercialization of solution that gives to its customers the most accurate prospect data.
The company now aims to expand in the US, using new funds for marketing, product development, and growing its team.
The Goodwin team was led by Thomas Dupont-Sentilles and included Louis Taslé d’Héliand and Inès Louguar on corporate aspects and Marie Fillon and Louis de Chezelles on IP aspect.
The team was also supported by Curtis McCluskey and Alexandra Mulligan on data privacy aspects.
