The Technology team acted as US counsel to Israeli startup Talon Cyber Security in its definitive agreement to be acquired by Palo Alto Network (NASDAQ: PANW). Goodwin worked alongside Talon’s Israeli counsel, H-F & Co. This is the second cybersecurity M&A transaction the firm has advised on over the past week (last week our UK client Tessian announced a definitive agreement to be acquired by Proofpoint, a Thoma Bravo portfolio company).
