Rachel Qi is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of the firm’s Technology group. Rachel’s representation of companies spans the entire corporate life cycle, including general corporate representation and counseling, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and corporate governance.
Rachel joined Goodwin in 2021 and serves as a member of the hiring committee for the Silicon Valley office.
