Rachel Qi

Rachel Qi is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of the firm’s Technology group. Rachel’s representation of companies spans the entire corporate life cycle, including general corporate representation and counseling, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and corporate governance.

Rachel joined Goodwin in 2021 and serves as a member of the hiring committee for the Silicon Valley office.

During law school, Rachel was the Chief Article Editor for the Pacific Basin Law Journal. Prior to law school, Rachel worked as a law clerk at the Eviction Defense Collaborative in San Francisco.
