The London and Cambridge Technology team advised Borderless on their recent £2.5 million seed financing.
The round was led by Backed VC and involved Tiny VC. The company also received the support of a number of angel investors including former Microsoft executive Charlie Songhurst and Entrepreneur First venture partner Chris Mairs.
Borderless is a workplace migration platform which aims to streamline international hiring. The platform automates previously painful, manual and time-consuming processes like obtaining a visa. In the UK, Borderless has expanded rapidly in the healthcare, construction and hospitality sectors.
The Goodwin team included Adam Thatcher, Charles Baker, Duy Le and Michael Daya-Winterbottom.
