Duy Le is an associate in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences groups in Cambridge. Duy focuses on transactions in the technology & life sciences sector. He has a broad corporate practice and provides advice at different stages of the corporate life cycle including advising on venture capital financings, M&A transactions, and general corporate matters.
