Contizano is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group, and serves as co-chair of the firm’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) & Impact practice and of its Washington, DC office. Her broad practice ranges from middle-market M&A, large-cap, late-stage growth equity, private company tender offers and secondaries, and impact investing around the world. She is known for representing industry stalwarts throughout her career, and has counseled clients on investments into pioneering tech companies such as Facebook, Zynga, Twitter, Spotify, Chime, Stripe, Brex, StockX, Airbnb, Auto1, DoorDash, and Checkout. She also helped to create and develop private tender offers, and possesses significant experience working on hundreds of such transactions.
Committed to bettering her community, Contizano has devoted time over the past year to Pro Bono, by participating in citizenship clinics, post-Dobbs related research projects, and pro bono legal assistance focused on diverse clients starting small businesses through the firm’s Neighborhood Business Initiative. She has been previously recognized as a Law360 Rising Star for Private Equity, and named an Emerging Woman Leader in Washington, DC Private Practice by DCA Live.
