The Private Equity, Technology M&A and Public M&A teams advised Marlin Equity Partners, a global investment firm, in its definitive agreement to, jointly with entities affiliated with Altor, acquire Meltwater N.V., a provider of social and media intelligence, for consideration consisting of either cash, shares of the offeror entity or a combination thereof.
