Bright Horizons Family Solutions™
The Bright Horizons program offers high-quality back-up child and adult/elder care, plus access to enhanced family support including regular caregivers, pet care, tuition discounts and more. Pre-registration is required for back-up child and adult/elder care by visiting the Goodwin Bright Horizons website. For more information or to get help with registering or reserving back-up care, please call Bright Horizons at +1 877 242 2737. The Bright Horizons contact center is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, allowing you to go to work knowing your child or relative is in good hands. Services include:/p>

  • Back-Up Child and Elder Care 
    High-quality emergency back-up childcare and elder care for when regular arrangements fall through. Get immediate access to care at subsidized rates. There is a $15 per child per day/$25 per family per day copay for center-based care and all in-home care is $6 per hour for up to three dependents. The portion of the benefit that is subsidized by the firm may be taxable.
  • Nannies, Elder Care, Pet Care and More
    Through a comprehensive database of self-pay services, find experienced nannies and sitters for evening and weekend care, elder care resources, pet sitters and homework help. Free basic background checks and targeted search functions help you to find the ideal caregiver for your family.

    This program helps you understand, advocate for, and support your child from birth to young adulthood.   • Bright Horizons Elder Care™
    TThis program addresses short-term care needs while also providing the planning tools for continued care coordination and management. Also included in this program is an online platform that centralizes all aspects of care coordination, family consultations and unlimited messaging with an experienced Care Coach, onsite elder care assessments and customized care plans, elder-related consultations with lawyers and financial counselors, and referrals to local service providers.
  • Virtual Camps
    Goodwin provides parents access to virtual camp activities for school-aged children. Have peace of mind while working from home that your child is learning and having fun in on-line virtual classes and group activities.
  • Family Concierge
    Get hands-on care planning that takes the stress and confusion out of finding the right care. Bright Horizons Premier Family Concierge provides 1:1 support to find exactly the right solution based on your unique family needs. The concierge is fully trained on all Goodwin benefits and takes the time to fully understand your needs and concerns and develops a customized care plan. You will also receive proactive reminders and outreach that will take the stress out of managing care and education for your family.

Cleo
Cleo offers expert guidance and evidence-based programming on topics such as planning a family, fertility, birth preparation, newborn care, childhood development, behavioral issues, childcare options, adolescence, navigating work and life balance, and more. Cleo is inclusive of all paths to parenthood, including adoption, surrogacy, same-sex and solo parents. Cleo is powered by UrbanSitter to help connect families with a network of vetted childcare providers for Cleo Kids families with children aged one up to 12 years old.

KinderCare
Goodwin is partnering with KinderCare to provide a 10% discount on tuition rates for full-time or part-time care at participating KinderCare childcare centers. The discount also applies to before and after school programs at these centers.

Guide Employee Assistance Plan
Guide, a free and confidential concierge-level Employee Assistance Plan, is offered by Goodwin through BHS. This program provides everyone at Goodwin and their household members access to dedicated masters-level Guide Care Concierges Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm ET. For the fastest connection to services, select a date and time for a consult on the Care Concierge Scheduler. Guide Care Concierges are also available toll-free at +1 888 784 5665, and on the BHS app.

Guide offers up to eight confidential counseling sessions per issue, per year, as well as support in areas such as child and elder care referrals, personal legal and financial matters, and convenience care for daily life needs such as finding pet care, scheduling movers or planning a trip.

Guide also has masters-level behavioral health clinicians available 24/7 to provide high-touch intake, in-the-moment support and care planning. 

Health Advocate
Health Advocate is a free and confidential service that provides everyone at Goodwin and their spouse/domestic partner, dependent children, parents and parents-in-law with a Personal Health Advocate supported by a team of medical doctors and administrative experts. Health Advocate can assist with finding the best doctors and hospitals, obtaining services for elderly parents, addressing insurance claims and/or billing issues, and more.

Wellthy
Goodwin partners with Wellthy to provide administrative and logistical support for the ones you love, including yourself. Wellthy’s care solution pairs a suite of digital tools in the Care Dashboard with human-touch support from a Wellthy Care Coordinator who will take on these tasks on your family’s behalf. Wellthy’s solution is equipped to support any care situation, in any capacity, big or small.

This includes tasks related to:

  • Medical: Specialized providers, prescriptions, appointments, medical records
  • Financial: Social Security, benefits, insurance, tax deductions, grant applications
  • Housing: Senior living, moving services, short-term living solutions

If you are struggling with your mental health, you can talk to Bupa directly without the need for a GP or specialist referral. They can help you access the treatment, help and support you need. Bupa Anytime HealthLine
If you have any questions or worries about your health, call the confidential Bupa Anytime HealthLine on 0345 607 7777. Their qualified nursing team is on hand 24 hours a day, so whatever your health question or concern, they have the skills and practical, professional experience to help. This benefit is available to those registered with Bupa Private Medical Insurance.

Bupa Family Mental HealthLine
If you are a parent or care for a young person, and have concerns about their mental wellbeing, the Family Mental HealthLine is available to provide advice, guidance and support. A trained adviser and/or mental health nurse will listen to what your family is experiencing and give you advice about what to do next. Call the Family Mental HealthLine on 0345 266 7938. The young person does not have to be covered under your policy for you to be able to use this service. This benefit is available to those registered with Bupa Private Medical Insurance.

Help@hand from Unum
Help@hand is a confidential digital health and wellbeing service, available through Unum at no additional cost. It supports partners and employees who opt into the programme with holistic wellbeing services including remote GP, mental health support, physiotherapy, medical second opinions, fitness and nutrition consultations, and more, all through one easy-to-use app. Goodwin partners and employees and their spouse/life partner (if applicable) will be able to access all Help@hand services. Children are eligible to access the remote GP and medical second opinion services up until their 18th birthday or 24th if in full-time education. Children over 18 will be able to access the 24/7 confidential helpline and other online resources. Goodwin partners and employees can opt into the programme through Workday.

Wellthy
Wellthy is a Carrer Support Programme for those caring for loved ones with elder or complex care needs. We know that being a carer takes many forms, from emotional and financial support to care coordination to assisting with errands. Regardless of the type of care needed or the relationship, just as long as the care recipient is a family member or loved one Wellthy is here and will support you in the most meaningful of ways. Goodwin partners and employees can visit Wellthy to sign up and start a care project.
