Global law firm Goodwin announced today that Elie-Raphaël Soudry will join its Luxembourg office as counsel in the firm’s market-leading Private Equity practice.

Soudry specializes in banking and finance law, and advises clients on national and cross-border secured lending transactions. He is registered with the Marseille (France) and Luxembourg Bars and was recognized as a “Rising Star” in banking, finance and capital markets by Legal 500 in 2021 and 2022 and named a “Key Lawyer” in real estate and construction in the 2022 edition.
The lawyers in the Luxembourg office, which opened in 2019, cover the entire spectrum of international funds, corporate, finance and tax expertise for fund formation and structuring, domestic and cross border transactions and financings.
