Focused on structuring and setting up Luxembourg-domiciled alternative investment funds and related tax and regulatory matters, Goodwin’s Luxembourg office — established in 2019 — is an on-the-ground destination for our global clients seeking to raise and deploy capital in Europe. We represent sponsors of middle market and large unregulated and regulated funds across various industries including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, debt, venture capital, and technology.

We also set up long-term investment vehicles, joint ventures, securitization vehicles, and carried-interest vehicles and provide corporate advice to funds and limited partners on all aspects of their activities like the financing of funds and/or investments. We offer services in French and English and work closely with lawyers in Goodwin’s additional offices in Europe, Asia, and the United States.
