Tokoro Capital Makes First Acquisition With The Purchase Of An Office Building In The Business District Of Paris

The Goodwin Paris team advised Tokoro Capital on its first acquisition with the purchase of an office building in the 8^th arrondissement of Paris from a JV between Angelo Gordon and S2i Partners.

Tokoro Capital is a real estate investment manager launched by former Brockton Capital executives, Sanjay Sethi and Max Bassadone.

Located at 86 rue de Courcelles, at a stone’s throw from the Arc de Triomphe and Parc Monceau, the building is in a very privileged location. The 4-storey freehold building will be able to offer approximately 1,100 sq.m. of office space.

This acquisition is the first by Tokoro Capital after the formation of its fund, TKO-I LP with the support of the Goodwin team in London, led by Samantha Lake Coghlan and Sam Newsome.
