The Goodwin Paris team advised Tokoro Capital on its first acquisition with the purchase of an office building in the 8th arrondissement of Paris from a JV between Angelo Gordon and S2i Partners.
Tokoro Capital is a real estate investment manager launched by former Brockton Capital executives, Sanjay Sethi and Max Bassadone.
Located at 86 rue de Courcelles, at a stone’s throw from the Arc de Triomphe and Parc Monceau, the building is in a very privileged location. The 4-storey freehold building will be able to offer approximately 1,100 sq.m. of office space.
This acquisition is the first by Tokoro Capital after the formation of its fund, TKO-I LP with the support of the Goodwin team in London, led by Samantha Lake Coghlan and Sam Newsome.
