Goodwin advised GreenOak Real Estate on the acquisition of a logistics portfolio in Germany by way of a share deal. GreenOak completes the acquisition through a joint venture with an international investor. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The portfolio comprises three logistics centers in North Rhine-Westphalia, Bavaria and Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. The property in Löhne, Westphalia, comprises three interconnected buildings with a warehouse area of approx. 100,000 sqm and 7,000 sqm of office space. The centre in Niederaichbach near Munich has a total rental area of 98,540 sqm. The logistics centre Interpark 37 in Offenbach/Queich covers 135,000 sqm.
